Very satusfied...great place for Seniors.
reviewed on: 05/07/2019 by Joan NeringI have been here twice and am totally satisfied with everything and everyone that works here. Best pricing and love making new friends. Since recovering from my Stroke I chose an apartment within walking distance so I could see my friends and participate in some of their many fun events. My first visit was to their health care unit while recovering from a huge blood clot on my lung. I was so satisfied that I didnt bother looking at other places and went directly to Treemont. 😊
We are extremely please with the care our 97 year old father is receiving.
reviewed on: 09/24/2020 by Dorothy MorroghMy father has been living at the Treemont over a year. The staff is very caring and always right on top of any medical issues he has. Their care of the residents during the Covid pandemic has been perfect. They have not had any cases in the nursing facility which speaks very well of the Treemont. They are taking all the necessary precautions.
Professional and caring environment
reviewed on: 04/19/2016 by DebbieMy parents were residents of Treemont for many years. They enjoyed their extended independence at an affordable price. The staff is friendly and caring. The main complaint I heard from them and others was that the food menu was repetitive though I found the food tasty and filling I did not eat there every day. The building is older but well maintained., The apartments are nice and any repairs needed were handled in a reasonable time frame. What I had the most experience with was their Home Health Care and their nursing staff. They were wonderful and worked hard to keep my mother in her apartment rather than transferring her to a nursing home. They gave me piece of mind that she was well taken care of even though they did not have 24 hour on site nurses. They went the extra mile to accommodate her special needs. I could not have asked for better care for her.
