They practice what they preach
reviewed on: 11/10/2017 by AnonymousThis facility has really surprised me and it's more than I expected. There have been a few issues but I am working with the administration to fix these things. I do feel as if the nursing staff is a little on the weaker side. I did have to higher a nurse to be with my parents for half of the day to assist my Father. Other than that, the staff is above average and I am very pleased. I am very impressed with the attitude of all of the staff members. This place is more than just words, they actually practice what they preach. I would recommend this facility. It's one of the better places that I have looked at.

reviewed on: 10/12/2016 by AnonymousIt is going okay for my parents. The community is not making the best meals. My parents have said it's cold at times and is not prepared well and lack variety. Otherwise it is a fairly clean community.

reviewed on: 12/22/2020 by anonymousWe went with Landon Ridge at Sugar Land because we liked the food, the floor plans that were available for assisted living, and all the staff that we encountered on our visits were very friendly. They do have a variety of different room sizes to choose from. She has a 1 bedroom apartment and it has been perfect for her. Even though it has been hard on residents and their families, they have done an outstanding job of keeping everyone safe from the virus. They have had extremely low rates of covid. I would absolutely recommend to others looking.

reviewed on: 11/08/2016 by AnonymousThe Sycamores at Sugar Land was a very nice clean community. The building was updated and looked like new. The lady at the front desk was sweet and everyone was welcoming. I was happy with the tour I received from them.

reviewed on: 04/29/2021 by anonymousWe toured Landon Ridge and it was a nice and pretty facility but way over priced. It is overwhelming because what you see on the outside is not always what you see on the inside. I was paying close attention to the residents and I did not see any smiling faces.
