Good And Bad Parts To This Community
reviewed on: 03/02/2016 by AnonymousMy wife stay at the Wentworth was an okay experience, she has more care then what they are able to provide there. So I am now looking into taking her home with me so she is with someone who loves her and will take very good care of her and her needs. I wish they would provide a better diet for the residents the food tends to be very starchy with is not good for her. The community had its good parts and bad parts, the staff was okay for the most part.
Family friendly
reviewed on: 10/19/2021 by anonymousThis is an excellent community and your loved one will receive great care here. The staff are very friendly with my loved one as well as my family. The food is okay and my loved one has difficulties due to dentures and the community accommodates and makes sure he has something that he can eat.

reviewed on: 07/06/2013 by A Place For Mom CustomerThe rooms here were nice, clean and spacious even the studio's seemed big enough. The center seemed more homey and mom liked it better. I loved the outdoor space with the pond and turtles and fish. The gardening area is great. Tons of safe outdoor space even in the memory care area. The dining room was very little and smelled like a cafeteria, but it wasn't awful. I liked the emergency pull stations in the bathrooms and the pendant that pages to a nurse. We liked that there was a spa area and a salon. Also loved that it was so small and close. The staff seemed amazing and very caring. I love that if mom wandered or needed more care we would not have to move her out of the center, just to a new room same staff and building.
Would Recommend
reviewed on: 10/08/2021 by Sharon SThe staff is friendly and open. I've been going there every day, and they have been very open to me being there and asking questions. At the moment, they're in transition with employee turnover in many departments. So there have been some bumps, but I think given some time they will be back to the level they were when we first moved in. I picked The Wentworth of Willow Creek because of how friendly everyone is. They staff definitely try, and that makes a big difference. The food is good. They try to give variety, and it has flavor, which is helpful. It's not the typical cafeteria food. Activities is one of the areas affected by staffing. They've lost their activities director, so there have been practically no activities because they're' short-staffed. But I would say the cost is just about what everybody else is charging in the area.
Happy with dads home
reviewed on: 05/13/2021 by Dianna FWe chose The Wentworth of WIllow Creek because we were in a time crunch and they were able to take him quickly when we needed it. It seemed a lot more personal when I toured them and they were anxious to fill their empty spots so we did get a good deal as well. My dad did contract covid while he was here. They went above and beyond and moved him to a special facility so he could get extra care and they covered the cost of it and my dad was just fine. They were awesome about the whole situation. Due to covid a lot of normal activities have been limited, but they all know him by name and are all very personal and caring. He has never complained about being here and I would absolutely recommend them to others looking.
