A Home away from Home
reviewed on: 05/13/2016 by Thea Hughes GibsonI had selected Rosewood for my Mom months before but could not convince her to even look at it. On April 26, she took a bad fall and broke her shoulder, she lives alone and could not care for herself. While in the hospital, there had to be decisions made on where she would go so I called Rosewood and the angels there were looking out for me. They were able to access her and get her in the very next day. God was looking out for me. I cannot tell you how relieved I was to have the guidance of Crystal and Beth to get me processed so quickly and how helpful all the staff has been to get Mom settled. Everyone who comes to see her is so impressed with the facilities and staff, they want to move in too. If I had to do it all over again, I would do the same and so thankful I found a place for my Mom to call HOME if even only for a short time.. I cannot say enough about the ladies she has taking care of her, they are kind, patient and loving. Treat her just like she was their Mom. Thank you Rosewood.
Nice facility with best common areas....
reviewed on: 04/19/2013 by A Place For Mom CustomerNice facility with best common areas. Have two waiting lists-1. residents that deposit one month rent for the base rent and 2. residents who place standard $500. While full or partially refundable, the full mo. rent shows decision to live there has been made.

Friendly, accommodating staff
reviewed on: 12/07/2015 by AnonymousOur experience with Rosewood Village has been a very good one! It's a nice looking place, and the staff is friendly and very accommodating! My loved one can be difficult to work with, and they've been nothing but helpful and caring. They were even able to recommend a better physician for us when we were having trouble communicating with the one we were using previously. It's just been a very good experience overall!
