I tend to be a serious minded sort, so this is a bit unusual. My meditations on the subject have led to a working hypothesis...that I've been happy not despite living here, but because I live here.

They have a park across the street where children and adults frequent. The people are vey nice and helpful. I feel safe coming into this community at early mornings or in the after noon. Park Place is a great place to live and I would recommend it to others.
