reviewed on: 03/26/2020 by AnonymousAmanda and her staff are compassionate and communicate well with residents and their family. My father-in-law has adjusted well and enjoys his apartment. He enjoys the activities that are available. With the lockdown due to Covid-19 Our House is keeping things as close to "normal" as possible for their residents. The family appreciates everything they are doing.
Disappointing leadership

However, the Resident Director has not return multiple phone calls or e-mails from the agency I am working with to place my mother. My phone calls seem to fall on deaf ears also. Very unprofessional leadership.
