reviewed on: 04/03/2015 by AnonymousWhen I walked into the community everybody said Hi. They were very friendly and went through everything with me, cost and the like stuff. The one person that was in charge there was really into being a caretaker, almost like her second home. The rooms were very small. Not able to rate value, care services, or activities.

My loved one's needs are catered to, and they can participate in many activities. I also found that this facility is the perfect size for my loved one. Overall, I am satisfied with this facility!

reviewed on: 04/07/2021 by Sue RWell, unfortunately our experience with this facility have not been good. The facility is old, and in desperate need of updates. Several chairs in their common area are broken, the carpet is worn and stained . They are under new management , staff that do not seem to care about the residents well-being, not following care plans, under staffed to met the needs of the residents. I would rate this facility a 2 star at best.

reviewed on: 11/09/2014 by AnonymousThis place is really something else. The only thing that is nice is it feels like home instead of feeling like you are in a institutional place or hotel setting. I saw staff members do very unsanitary things here. Like pulling the kitchen garbage and then serving meals afterward without out hand washing or at least putting gloves on. Also something that raised my concern was the approach of a gentlemen employee. He was very loud and came off very rude and pushy. Cell phones were out most of that day seemed like every time i would pass there station or into the living room they had them out. I am not very impressed with this place. Hopefully some change will come to this but what i saw wasn't very appealing to me.
