Overall We are Happy
reviewed on: 04/22/2020 by SteveAt this time my mom is still adjusting to Bella Vista. I have not been able to visit since the quarantine. I am very comfortable with my mom being there, I feel she is safe. I feel it is a lot better then then the place she was at previously. Overall we are happy with Bella Vista.
We absolutely love it. I recommend it to everyone.

I recommend it to everyone. Everything is clean, and the food is so good there, everyone comments on it. He looks forward to the activities. Whoever is managing there really gets it, they really understand how to make senior living comfortable. We were impressed from the very first moment we walked in. Collette Lutz really helped us from the first moment. She was so understanding and compassionate, she really knows how important it is to find the right place.

The night time caregiver is wonderful and gave us a lot of insight into my father in law’s care needs. So things are inconsistent regarding care. The sales and care staff are not on the same page, need to have better communication. Rooms sizes are great, very clean. I like that they order off a menu not buffet style.Food that we have tried was very good. I think they are understaffed

reviewed on: 04/30/2021 by anonymousWe chose Bella Vista because of the price as well the facility is self it s like a glorified hotel inside, it is so bright, clean, and pretty. The apartment sizes here are really spacious and the bathrooms are set up well for handicap residents. The staff here are great, the food is good, and they have a lot of amenities such as a pub, parlor, social areas, etc. It is great because he has independence but they have care packages you can purchase as well. Overall it has been a good experience.
