Racine is a city in and the county seat of Racine County, Wisconsin, United States. It is located on the shore of Lake Michigan at the mouth of the Root River. Racine is centrally located between Milwaukee and Chicago. As of the 2013 U.S. census, the city had a population of 78,199, making it the fifth-largest city in Wisconsin.
