Community Reviews
All of my dealings with them were very positive and very professional.
reviewed on: 01/06/2015 by AnonymousMy loved one was only there for a couple of days. However, all of my dealings with them were very positive and very professional. They were very fair with us, and very prompt. They did what they said they were going to. They were very clean, and the staff were very friendly. They went out of their way to invite us to come before hand and have lunch, and set us up with a resident who very honestly answered all the questions we had. The director and the assistant director really were very approachable and concerned with our satisfaction and the residents well being.
I cannot say enough about this community!!
reviewed on: 07/14/2016 by AnonymousMy Mother in law really likes it at Willowbrook. The staff is exceptional in making her and the family feel welcome and comfortable. They bend over backwards to help. They are remodeling and you can see that the money is being used for the residents. I have heard from some of the other residents that the food is good and some of it is handmade.
Willowbrook review
reviewed on: 06/07/2017 by AnonymousMy Mom liked this place the best primarily based on location and the friendliness of the management staff. The apartments were larger than many of the other communities we visited, though it could use some updating. Communication could have been a little better on some follow up questions and referals, but not a deal breaker. We liked that she can be independent and as needs change she can add services and/or remove them. A lot of flexibility.
Willowbrook failure to provede care.
reviewed on: 02/18/2018 by AnonymousAfter returning to Willowbrook from the hospital, she had hospital orders to have certain health functions monitored. She is now being told that they do not have the help to carry out the orders. They will not get her a walker for her to carry her oxygen tank. And are charging her $2.00 to have her one meal of the day delivered to her because she can not get to the dining room because she does not have a walker. Being on Medicaid, she is to receive no more than 26 hours of care. All they do for her is make her bed. This is one of many issues we have encountered.
