Monthly community-wide theme encourages: New learning, participation, family involvement. Culture/Art - wide variety of resident interests, including music, dining, culture, entertainment. Community integration - regular outings to local events and activities - restaurants, shopping, festivals, parks, museums, universities, churches, theaters, music programs and boat outings. Exercise - Varied exercise programs include yoga, Sittercise, indoor walking laps and outside trails, therapeutic exercise led by physical therapist. Activities are built into the design of the building's movie room, covered porches and courtyard with putting green, card room, living room/TV areas, outdoor recreation, and large activity room for presentations, board games, exercise and arts & crafts. Memory care - exercise, games, arts & crafts, outings geared to the level of ability of the individual resident in large or small group settings. A secure courtyard for outside activity is the centerpiece of our memory care community. -
