reviewed on: 01/05/2021 by Mark PettyI have been deceived by John McCullough (Executive Director) of Summerwood after he informed me that I would be updated on my Mom’s health condition and hospital transfers. His original intentions are clearly evident in his communication with me where he previously stated, "I will add your contact info to the communication page (if it’s not already there) and inform the staff to let you know if your mom is transferred to hospital. Currently our mode of contact is a telephone call." Mr. McCullough is now recanting his agreement and will no longer provide me with any important and necessary information pertaining to my Mom’s health and well-being. His incompetence, unaccountability and delinquency is undermining the credibility of Summerwood Retirement. I find this absurd and ridiculous that this facility refuses to provide critical health information to one of their resident's Son. Mark Petty
