My review of Ivy Hall
reviewed on: 03/01/2021 by anonymousWe chose Ivy Hall because of the value for the money as well as the availability. The communication has not been what I would have hoped for, especially with not being able to go inside. Overall, I would maybe recommend them, it is just hard since we have not been able to go visit.
Staff Like Family
reviewed on: 10/30/2020 by Andrea BrownWhen my family and I had the difficult task of finding an assisted-living facility for my mother. I didn't think there would ever be one to suit my high standards. I was wrong. The staff at Ivy have been like an extended family to us and I am elated that we made this choice for my mom. Best of the best hands down+
Our tour experience
reviewed on: 11/11/2021 by anonymousOur family had an in person tour and Ivy Hall was comparable to the other facility we saw, and they had mostly studio sized apartments.
Ivy Hall gets a thumbs up! 👍
reviewed on: 10/18/2016 by Joyce HosseiniMy parents have been living at Ivy Hall a couple of months now. It took a while to adjust for my parents as well as for the family. My parents are loving their new home and the staff is fabulous. It's like being apart of a new big family. I can not say enough good things. When I've had an issue of any sort, one conversation or email is all it took to be quickly resolved. The only slightly negative thing I would say is the chef needs to step up and make the food as great as the rest of the facility. The nursing staff, the helpers and the office staff are absolutely wonderful and very caring. The activity directors are wonderful and you can tell they love their job and really care for the residents. If you want a place that will truly care for your loved ones and has the staff to back it up Ivy Hall may also be the place for you.
Very nice place!
reviewed on: 01/26/2016 by AnonymousOur experience with Ivy Hall Assisted Living has been a good one, overall! The facility is clean, well kept, and there are never any odors. The people here are friendly, and they do a great job looking after the residents! I spoke with a visiting nurse who sees a lot of different communities in the area, and she said this is the place she'd pick for her Mom, which I think is a pretty good recommendation!
