Good place, good people. A few concerns
reviewed on: 11/13/2018 by AnonymousFor the most part, we are quite pleased with the Cohen Home. There are a couple of things that have bothered/concerned us, however. 1. For the price, I would have thought that the folks working there would have been a bit more responsive to our questions and/or concerns, particularly with the environment in my parents apartment. It s almost always hot, at times unbearably hot, in there, for starters. There were issues with cleaning/refreshing the apartment (carpets, counters, dusting, vacuuming, etc., to name a few). 2. The only other concerns we have had relate to communications by them and with us. Those early issues have been dealt with.
Wonderful Place
reviewed on: 09/30/2020 by KAGMy mother has lived at the Cohen Home for the last 2 months and we are so happy that we made the decision to make this her new home. We looked and interviewed so many memory care properties and none compared to TCH. It was quite stressful and frightening to realize that we were at this point in her life and would have to trust in others to take care of her. We love the staff and so does our mother. They treat her with such kindness and care. It is such a relief to have such wonderful people care for our mother. They treat her like she is their family member, not just a resident at the property they work at. During COVID, it is especially hard as we are not able to visit on a regular basis and do the things we typically would for her however the staff is always there to assist us in whatever we need. During this disturbing time they have provided my mother and the other residents with a safe and healthy environment and adhere to all the health guidelines. I would highly recommend making this your loved ones new home if you should be looking for an assisted living/memory care property. The quality of care provided here will truly make the transition easier for you and your loved one.
