Her Favorite Part of The Day Is The Meals
reviewed on: 09/02/2016 by AnonymousEverything is working out well for my mother in law here at this community. She is getting involved in the community with the activities they offer. It is a well maintained community, everything is very nice and clean. Her favorite part of the day is the meals, she really likes the food. We know she is being cared for well here. It is a lovely community and I would recommend it.
Overall good community
reviewed on: 05/17/2021 by John MOur loved one is not that happy with the meals they are serving, and the activities are still pretty limited. However the dining room is not back open, and we do think the value for cost is nice. Another nice thing is they offer Medicaid, which eventually will be an option for our loved one.
I liked it, they were very modern and new.
reviewed on: 10/15/2015 by Family MemberI toured here when I was looking. I liked it, they were very modern and new. Unfortunately we were on a time crunch when we were looking, and they didn't have the availability.
A Nice Place
reviewed on: 08/17/2020 by AnonymousI felt safe with my sister in law there. My sister in law did not like the food. The room sizes and layout of the community were good. The staff was very considerate. They accept pets, there is an area in the back where you can walk your dog.
Feels like family
reviewed on: 02/01/2021 by anonymousMy aunt has been very happy at Alexian Village of Elk Grove. On her birthday they brought a piece of coffee cake with a candle in it and sang her happy birthday. Needless to say, the staff members here are great. They have been great with communication as well and are always keeping us updated. The facility offers tons of activities for residents to participate in, they always have something going. We were looking for a facility that takes medicaid and that provides activities and it just fit the bill perfectly. She is in a larger studio apartment with a full sized kitchen, it is great size for her needs. I am very happy with our choice.
