Community Reviews
Its a lovely place for mom
reviewed on: 08/20/2020 by Susan KowalskiThis community is kept very clean, it is a little more on the expensive side. The staff has taken very good care of my mother there, so far no residents have had COVID. The nursing staff are very caring people. They do their best with activities, and keeping them very engaged. The rooms are like apartment, she has a one bedroom with a little kitchen, a living room and bedroom. We have toured the Alzheimer unit and its absolutely beautiful, its open and and extremely lit up with natural lighting. The staff is very engaging with the residents and very caring
Home again
reviewed on: 07/09/2019 by Skip TrimbleClean, bright and positive - the facilities when we first toured were very nice. There seems to be a positive vibe with things going on (quarter bingo, water ice man offering on a summer's night, "Camden Park" event at the premise, lectures and more). We brought Mom from Virginia and we found home. A place where she befriended fellow residents, nurtured by a caring and positive staff, good food and a family-like feel that you cannot buy. Mom (and we) are blessed. Mom is happy.
Comfortable and peaceful
reviewed on: 12/23/2020 by Elizabeth CKept yourself alert to things, and on top of things. They were always on top of any issue I brought up. The staff turned out really communicating well but they were a little pricy. I felt secure with my dad being there. I would recommend this community to others.
Be Prepared for Rate Hikes Constantly
reviewed on: 09/29/2020 by AnonymousI would tell friends that the common areas look pretty and the rooms are nice sized. The care is lacking and it doesn't seem like a good value. I don't think they have a good ratio for nurses to patients. I believe the overhead is high. The rate is aggressively and constantly rising.
Needed transportation to church
reviewed on: 08/28/2017 by AnonymousWe considered Spring Arbor for my mom but we called and they let us know they could not provide transportation to my mom's church.
