I wish I could give it 6 stars!

reviewed on: 01/12/2016 by Becky

This is a wonderful place to call home away from home. My mother has lived at Maple Springs for 3 years now and absolutely loves it. The food is really good and the staff is so helpful. I wish I could give it 6 stars!

No more stress!

Amazing Place. The staff is great and the food is really really good. I've ate here a few times with my dad it's always a very good meal. The facility is really clean and well maintained as well. I haven't been to any activities with my dad but he loves them. I am very happy that we decided to go with Maple Springs. The stress is gone and so is my anxiety.

The Food Needs Improvement

reviewed on: 11/21/2013 by Son

The meals are so-so. Sometimes it's good but for the money I expected more/better food. The housekeeping is good and the activities are good. They have all kinds. They have something going on about every couple hours whether it's bingo, exercises, auctions, or something else. I think it's a great place overall. The only thing - and I've talked to them about this - is the quality of the food. I talked to the manger and they said they're cooking for 75 people so you can't please them all. I said, have you ever been on a cruise? I've never seen anyone unhappy with the food on a cruise and they're cooking for 2000 so that's not an excuse. I've eaten with my mom there and sometimes it's like a TV dinner and sometimes it's a pretty good meal. For that price I would expect to have a good meal every time I sit down.

It was nice and clean, but the food wasn't what she, hoped

My loved one only had a short stay here. It was nice and clean, but the food wasn't what she had hoped it would be. This just wasn't for her, though I think they did fine.

grandma is doing well

reviewed on: 05/21/2015 by Anonymous

My grandma is 97 and she does really well in Maple Springs. She has mentioned a few times that there is not enough food served. She can have a big appetite. There was also one instance when we ate there with her and the server was a little rude/impatient when it came time for us to pay. Overall though we are very well pleased. It is a nice clean facility with very kind helpful staff.
