Community Reviews
They cared about our needs
reviewed on: 07/12/2013 by SteveWe were in a bind and had to choose a community right away and out of the communities that we talked to Emeritus just seemed to actually care about our mothers needs. The other communities seemed like it was all business and really felt kind of rushed. Emeritus had immediate availability and the staff seemed to know what was going on.
my review of Dimensions Living Appleton
reviewed on: 05/27/2021 by anonymousWe did a virtual tour of this community and it was very nice. The staff was friendly and answered all of our questions. The rooms were much smaller than what we were looking for.
Our mother has only been at Emeritus ...
reviewed on: 08/09/2014 by BlackCreekOur mother has only been at Emeritus for three days, but the staff and facility has been excellent.
Attentive Staff!!
reviewed on: 10/07/2016 by AnonymousSo far everything has been going good with the move to Brookdale Appleton. The staff are attentive and communicate well. The meals are okay i haven't heard my mother say anything negative about them. I feel that she is in a safe place most importantly. There are activities offered but at the moment my loved one hasn't mentioned much about engaging in them.
BROOKDALE IS AMAZING
reviewed on: 01/09/2019 by Patti EbbenI have multiple sclerosis. It has progressed over the years. So, I've lived in 4 different facilities. Some are too expensive. Some are understaffed Some are too big. Some are poorly organized and badly run. Some have good chefs in kitchen. Some order only processed food. Some have young caregivers with dangerously limited experience. Some have highly skilled professionals. BROOKDALE of Appleton Senior Living is all of the best. Fun activities, residents council involved, hair care, bus trips, delicious nutritious food, organized management, skilled staff. I love it here!
