Superb Care for Dad
reviewed on: 07/10/2019 by Beth MI have found the care team and facilities of Azura Memory Care in Eau Claire to be superb. The staff are very attentive to my dad while at the same time respecting his independence. With their knowledge of his deficits and how to help him, they accommodate and/or assist him in a fitting manner, which constantly fluctuates; yet they adapt their interactions. The care team-- care providers, activity coordinator, maintenance, kitchen staff and management- are ALL involved. As a family member I see little to none of division of duties when it comes to assisting a resident on the spot. The team effort is genuine. I feel my dad is truly in the best possible place- it is his home away from home. I am confident he is in very good hands.

The kitchen staff was very accommodating and the meals were excellent. The director was very informative and explained the procedures and policies so ask to be very helpful. The CNAs and aides were so caring and rated my husband better than I could have desired. Our experience was a wonderful one in spite of the very difficult life journey.
