Highly recommend
reviewed on: 08/10/2021 by anonymousWe chose Fellowship Square because it was a familiar feel to her, some of the others were a little too resort-like and did not have a lot of outdoor space. This facility is very grassy and homey feeling and it is very enjoyable for her. The apartment sizes are beautiful, she has a 1 bedroom 1 bath and it is completely redone so very modern and clean. They converted the baths to walk-in styles so it is easy to get in and out of. I would recommend to others who are looking and already have.
They are doing a good job so far.
reviewed on: 05/23/2014 by Family MemberThey are doing a good job so far. It is clean, and the staff is very friendly. She doesn't like the cooking. She doesn't like that she is paying for food but doesn't like the cooking. We chose them because we liked the location, and it was a good fit for us budget wise.
Wonderful place to call home.
reviewed on: 01/10/2019 by Geneva ZookThere are many people who have the wrong idea about Independent Living Communities. It really is Independent LIVING! I am more active and social here than I’ve ever been. I am so grateful to A Place For Mom for helping me find the right place for me and my bird. You are always meeting new people in the Dining Room and in whatever activity you choose. There are so many things to do. Now I go swimming. It’s wonderful. I really love it here. I wish it hadn’t been such a hard decision to sell my house and move here. I should have done it a year ago!! I have a small kitchen so if I want to cook, I may. BUT, having meals provided is so helpful. Every day you can have a nice Dining Room experience. The menu gives you many delicious choices, prepared by a chef. And if you don’t feel like going, you can ask them to deliver it to your apartment. There’s housekeeping available if you want it. It’s very difficult for me to change the linen on my bed so it is so nice that they will do it for you if you choose to have them do it. I really like the Art Groups and the knitting and crocheting Group. Others prefer the games more. You can do whatever it is you want to do. There are so many choices you can stay as busy as you want or stay home if you want. I could go on and on about this community but I hope I said enough that you realize there are no regrets in the decision to live here. I am really happy and active here. The staff and residents are so nice. And, I’m really glad it’s a Christian Community. It’s so comfortable to be in a Christian environment, which was a big part of my decision to live here. I’ve made some really good friendships here.
Peace of Mind
reviewed on: 07/10/2020 by BrendaThe great thing is their mission is really to help people stay independent. They help folks on a fixed income. The food is good. The room sizes are of a good size. My mom has a one-bedroom unit with a balcony. The staff is helpful and nice. They have done a good job keeping everyone safe during Covid-19.

reviewed on: 12/24/2012 by A Place For Mom CustomerDirector very attentative. Large facility. Multiple 3 story buildings. More geared to independent living and newly taking on assisted/directed living. pros: larger units, met w/very satisfied resident, ample visitor parking. cons: must go outside to activites and dining area = exposed to summer heat, appears directed care to come from Phoenix facility until new assisted building completed and opened, ala carte pricing can equal more expensive, units dated, very small entry to bathroom.
