Community Reviews
Friendly and kind
reviewed on: 08/26/2019 by SDMy mom has been living here for 4 months and we all love it. Elmcroft is a beautiful balance of professional and family-like. I am welcome anytime. My mom loves the staff and most every resident she has met and visited with. Mom loves the activities like: music, art, bingo, and Bible Studies. All are optional and we encourage her to try new activities. The staff is friendly and attentive. Her doctor comes to her. My personal favorite is how many smiling residents are out of their rooms enjoying the common areas.
B+ rating Community
reviewed on: 08/18/2016 by AnonymousOverall I'am satisfied with this community, but there are things they need to improve on. The community looks great, they do a good job with keeping the community and grounds well maintained. There are nice activities offered, everyday there is something going on for the residents. They do serve well balanced meals, and have a good variety of foods too choose from. This is a community I would recommend.

reviewed on: 07/05/2013 by A Place For Mom CustomerPROS: Close to me, close to my church, close to K, close to my weekly shopping. Several sizes of apts and many levels of care depending upon what is needed. An option is to pay an additional $5 a month for a patio view. It's small, but that would be better than a parking lot view. CONS: We may need to take a smaller apt to offset higher monthly fees depending upon their evaluation of what Mom would need in terms of care. They assign seating in the dining room! The assignment can be changed per Mom's request. A possible pro/con is a bed check every 2 hours by staff during the night. Would Mom find that a good thing or intrusive?
The Tour Guide Did A Good Job
reviewed on: 07/06/2016 by AnonymousI really liked this place and came twice to view it. They are all nice there. The place looks really nice. My guide was very good at showing me around and she was able to inform me about the place. I saw a room that looked nice but my mom needed a window, bathroom, and kitchen in her apartment. There was no window to give a home feeling.
