Ease of Mind and For Professionalism HomeWell is the Answer

reviewed on: 03/12/2021 by Megan

They were a joy to work with. HomeWell supported the family, and myself through a lot. I would recommend them to others. They arrived on time. Everything was smooth with them. It was clear that they cared. They bonded with my mother, and you could tell they wanted to know who she was. This was very comforting to all of us.

Our Tour Experience

Our tour was great. We toured during Covid, so that was difficult for them as well as us, but they did the best they could. They were very friendly and had great follow-up.

Getting to know Aegis at Ravenna

reviewed on: 06/03/2021 by anonymous

We chose Aegis at Ravenna at the time because. Aegis has a reputation of memory care, and they do have that available, I do believe some residents in the assisted living part of the facility are waiting to get into the memory care side of the facility. If you do not need memory care, you may run into people who are waiting because they are not separate. Other than that we have had a positive experience here and I would recommend to others who are looking.

happy place for dad.

The community is neat and clean and the staff is attentive to the residences. They also offer services that you can get on top of the normal. The food is great and he is doing better with the type of food they are serving. They have activities going on for the residence to do and I would recommend this community to others.
