Unique Features* This community is located West Garden Grove. It is on Chapman Avenue, which is a major street right up until half a block from the community, where it turns into a residential street. It is across the street from a senior-friendly shopping center which has a Soup Plantation, Rite-Aid and a beauty college, and just down the street from a lovely park. This is a very nice area of Garden Grove. It is a two-story rectangular building which is set close to the street. There is a long backyard which has a walking path that circles a large grass area. The studio rooms vary in size and layout and some of them are quite large.

It was okay. It was a little further away from me than the other Emeritus in Garden Grove and inside their building is was really dark. The other one is nice and light which appeals to me.
