Unique Features
* This community is located West Garden Grove. It is on Chapman Avenue, which is a major street right up until half a block from the community, where it turns into a residential street. It is across the street from a senior-friendly shopping center which has a Soup Plantation, Rite-Aid and a beauty college, and just down the street from a lovely park. This is a very nice area of Garden Grove. It is a two-story rectangular building which is set close to the street. There is a long backyard which has a walking path that circles a large grass area. The studio rooms vary in size and layout and some of them are quite large.

* This community is West Garden Grove but is very close to Seal Beach, Los Alamitos, Rossmoor, Long Beach, Cypress and Cerritos
