If I Had to Go Someplace, I'd Go Herereviewed on: 03/15/2021 by anonymous
To me, they were very reliable. They kept communication going between myself and what was going on with my loved one. I would recommend it. It was difficult to move in during quarantine, but during that time they provided a place outside so we could use a phone and talk to one another. When our loved one was sick, the medical team was great at communicating with us. If something happened to me, I would tell my kids to put me here.

We toured the Park Regency Retirement. It was a nice and clean community. They did a good job showing us what they would provide for our loved one. We found another community that was a better fit for our loved one.

We like the facility. Clean and friendly atmosphere. Staff was friendly. Memory Care unit is on the second floor and they are doing some removations to the outside patio area. Flat fee of $3,850/mo., no community fee. Only down is the facility is located on a very busy street.

They were a nice community, the expense was too much for us. They had a separate memory care ward.
A good fit for my Momreviewed on: 06/02/2016 by A caring daughter
I was impressed with the friendliness and atmosphere of Park Regency. They definitely try to accommodate you. Rooms here are larger than other facilities I visited, although they have no kitchenette as other places do. The room was completely refreshed before her move in. As with all sales people, they make promises that others cannot fulfill. My mother moved in less than a month ago. For the most part she is satisfied with her new accommodations. There is no packet of general information to help her learn their procedures; I feel these things should be spelled out so we don't have to keep asking questions. That is one area that could be improved.
