Being able to chat with other residents becomes an important part of many peoples' lives and Regency Park Oak Knoll offers common spaces indoors to support that need. The benefit of living in an assisted living community is that making meals can be costly and time consuming process so Regency Park Oak Knoll provides meals for residents.
Staff is awake and available 24 hours a day so if any emergencies occur no matter the time, there will be someone ready to help. Making sure residents with diabetes monitor their insulin levels is clearly an important task and Regency Park Oak Knoll can help with that task.
Unique Features"The warmth of the entry into a lovely living room adjoining a spacious patio was great. It felt like a nice hotel lobby with a greeter at the open front desk. It must be a newer facility with more spacious rooms, or perhaps a better use of space. They also have an electronic monitoring system inside the residents rooms which prompts the help if they are getting up too much during the night or wandering inside their rooms.
The dining room was open longer hours at each meal so as not to hurry residents who move more slowly or need more flexibility. Everybody seemed happier in general. The beauty shop was buzzing.
And the pricing was comparable; it seemed as though one got a lot more for the money at Regency Park."
The minimum age that a resident may be is 55 years old.
