I would recommendreviewed on: 11/10/2021 by anonymous
We chose Palm Gardens because it seemed to offer more of what we needed than the others that we looked at. Where it was located, the price, and what it looked like during the tour all played a factor. I would recommend to others looking.
wasn't the right place for herreviewed on: 11/04/2015 by Anonymous
Mom is no longer at Palm Gardens. She was in the memory care unit but she was one of the more advanced residents. Most of the other residents would just stare at her or cuss her out. She can carry on a total conversation and they cant. We didn't feel like she could be in one of their regular rooms however, because we were afraid she would just go out the front door. I don't feel like the people working in memory care were very professional. They didn't seem to be trained. They were more of minimum wage workers. They were nice and did an okay job. The one thing that kind of bothered me is mom saw them remove a ladies body down the hall. I know this may not be able to be avoided but for someone that was already wanting to come home it certainly didn't help. All the staff was nice there. It just wasn't the right place for her.
Grandmother's Great Carereviewed on: 12/01/2016 by Anonymous
We are happy with the care that our grandmother is getting here. The staff are always nice and helpful. She is happy with the meals that are offered. The community is always clean. They have activities that she is happy with participating in. We would recommend this community to other families for the care and value that is given here.
Very Comfortable Communityreviewed on: 04/21/2016 by Anonymous
This is a very comfortable community and everyone here is super kind and friendly. Everything is going very well for my mother in law at this community. The staff is wonderful and very helpful. The food is excellent, I have tired some meals and they are great. She has tried some new activities, they offer good activities through out the week. This is a very nice place and I would recommend it.
My unlce has made great improvements!!reviewed on: 03/22/2017 by Anonymous
My uncle has made a lot of improvements since making the move into this place. He has such a positive attitude and seems to be making a lot of new friends. All of the staff have been extremely nice and attentive to his needs as best as possible. He has had no complaints about the food and has enjoyed the activities they offer throughout the week. Overall great place and I would highly recommend it to anyone.
