The only drawback was how small the bedroom closet was. Not sure about just having a window AC in the bedroom, need to ask if it cools the rest of the apartment and how noisy it is. Liked to location of the facility as well.

The staff where on time to our appointment and made sure to answer any questions I had for them in detail. I liked the open floor plan and all of the great amenities they have to all of the residents. It was just not the right fit for her in the end decision.
