reviewed on: 09/16/2021 by LPThe staff is very caring and the aides pay attention and can keep us up to date with our loved ones' condition. The community is smaller and the director is extremely involved and truly cares. We have had no complaints about the food and they have multiple options. The community has low turnover and they have on-site therapy options. My only concern is I would like more proactive communication with the staff but I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.

reviewed on: 05/31/2017 by AnonymousSo far everything is working out pretty for my mother with her move to this community. She is pleased, and I'am comfortable with her move here. I know she is safe, and in good hands. The staff is good, they have been kind, and helpful. She has gotten involved win some of the activities they have available. The only thing she would say needs improvement, is the meals. Other than that issues she is doing well, and this is a community I would recommend.

They offer great food and a great variety. She is happy with the activities that are offered to her. We have recommended this to others who want the best care for loved onces.

I rate the friendliness 4 stars. I rate the value 4 stars. I rate the care services 4 stars. I cannot rate the activities because I am not sure about what type of activities they offer here. Overall, I have had a good experience with the Savannah Court of Brandon.
