Unique FeaturesProsperity Oaks is a beautiful 'all inclusive' rental property sitting on 27 acres of land. We have a gorgeous walking path/nature trail with a butterfly garden, bird sanctuary & resident green thumb area. We are an extremely social community. We won an award: The "Best of the Best" for our activities & programs. From the time you wake up in the morning, until you go to bed at night there is some sort of program that is being offered. We have happy hours & live music twice a week up until 9 or 10:00pm!
We are also the #1 referred to community in the health care industry. We maintain a fantastic reputation in the community for our 24 hour nursing, med techs and certified nursing assistants for our Assisted Living and Memory Care residents. Living in our community, we learn & embrace everyone's story! We create an environment that our residents feel comfortable living in.
We have one, two and three bed apartments — every apartment had a full kitchen and a screened in balcony.
This community features 3-bedroom apartments for $3150 available in IL. and multiple floor plans for dementia care as well. Very active community that drews participants from outside the community for their events!
