-AL — small, 18 apartments. In same (one story) building with SNF. Building will begin extreme renovations in September — will create separate entrances for AL and SNF
-AL prices are all —inclusive. Will be restructuring rates to include levels of care
-Campus has fitness center, wellness center with Nurse Practitioner, pool, big library, consignment store, dining room and sandwich cafe, full time chaplain. Also has a large conference and education center. ALL residents (IL, AL, SNF) can use any of the amenities
-Offers a 10% discount for military, police, fire and teachers
-Also offers 20% discount off entrance fees for seniors that have given lifelong service to their church
-Affiliated with Presbyterian church but does not discriminate -
