Our families experiencereviewed on: 08/24/2021 by Eve and Todd Watson
Our loved one has since passed, but during their stay at Amore the staff were phenomenal the entire time, even through hospice care. We cannot think more highly of them, we would absolutely recommend Amore and the staff members. The nurse who has been there for 9 year is amazing, the nurse who runs the staff is amazing, and the chef and director are just wonderful. The staff had perfect communication with our family, everything was perfect.
Horrific Placereviewed on: 11/24/2014 by Anonymous
Horrific place. Stinks, the caregivers are not qualified to care for demented patients. The director is the only qualified person to assess any medical probs and she is rarely there. Her attitude is unprofessional & she gets very defensive when questions about her staff are asked. Resident's clothes constantly get lost, despite labeling them. They wanna push hospice on the residents so they can bring new residents in at a higher rate. Horrific is putting it lightly. The list can go on & on. : (
