Very friendly staff
reviewed on: 02/12/2014 by Loved oneEveryone at this community was very friendly and professional, and the facility itself was very clean and nice looking. I toured quite a few when we were looking into options and this was definitely the best one I saw. However the level of care just was not adequate. My loved one had occasional breathing issues, and they did not did not know to handle these situations. I would usually find they had placed him flat on his back in bed, which was actually the worst positions for him to be in.

I have eaten here and the food is great, they serve is restaurant style and it if chef prepared from a menu with choicfes. I would say my favorite part about the community so far has been the availability of the staff members when you have questions or concerns. I would recommend.

The staff here are totally friendly, professional, and supportive, and they take great care of everyone who lives here. Both the aide staff and the office staff have been very helpful and easy to work with. The facility itself is well laid out, and also always very clean. I don't have a single criticism so far, and I would definitely recommend them to others!
