Community Reviews
Great location, good size rooms, kind staff, icky food.
reviewed on: 06/08/2020 by LouiseWhen the new management took over the food quality went down. The staffing went down as well when the the management changed. Rooms are good size. They have a good value for the neighborhood they are in and what you get for the money. The wellness/ activities director is doing the best she can with the Covid-19 virus. They are doing the best they can.The administrator has never returned my calls. They are not great with communication around working people hours.

reviewed on: 12/24/2012 by A Place For Mom CustomerFood was excellent, everyone was friendly and helpful, my mother has now moved in and is very happy. They have a "savy circle" for Alzheimer patients that allows them time to interact with others, they have a beauty salon and trips out to various places. I love the place. My mother is happy and I feel she is being well taken care of.
Experience was A Nice One
reviewed on: 07/25/2017 by AnonymousThis is a nice facility, and our tour of it went very well. The staff we met was polite, and informative. Our questions were answered. The community looked nice, and well-kept from what we saw. The experience went well, and everyone was kind to my family, and I.

reviewed on: 09/06/2013 by Joan R.I came here and what I put in her refrigerator a month ago is there now, when I opened the refrigerator the smell knocked me over. I figured over a months time the houskeeping would clean it or check it. So i will be bringing this up with them. The staff is okay, we asked her and she said they were good. She has a lot of clean clothes in the closet, it looks like she has everything she needs. I asked them if they could make her a beauty shop appointment and they did. Shes in some kind of memory program where she sits with ladies and does things, I got a call a couple of days ago saying how much they liked having her there. I've met 2 people that know her personally and the guy who sits at the front desk knows who she is so I think she's getting around.
Great Active Community!!!
reviewed on: 10/02/2017 by MarvinI have been a resident here for almost a month. I moved here because a neighbor of mine moved here and said great things about it. There are so many things to do! It would be hard to just sit in your apartment....nor would you want to. There are plenty of activities and outings and the staff and residents are wonderful and fun. The food is delicious and the gardens are beautiful! I would encourage everyone to give Bethany Retirement Community a try!
