reviewed on: 05/30/2017 by DaughterMBMany aspects of the Ivy are good. Some of the staff is very caring, and others not. The apartments are nice and allow seniors to have a semblance of independence. For my mother, it was great as she could walk to the nearby library, Walgreens, etc. However, due to poor supervision. my mother was stranded in her bathtub for over 24 hours, and it could've been longer if I had not stopped by after work that day. Three separate aids did not show concern when coming to give her medication and she did not answer the door, nor show up for meals for an entire day. Gross negligence. It is a shame, as some members of staff are wonderful.
