My tour review
reviewed on: 10/12/2021 by Dale WMy loved one just did not care for this community. It just did not give her the right feel that she was looking for. The tours were excellent and thorough. The community looked clean its just did not fit my loved one.
Th
reviewed on: 05/04/2017 by PatI have looked at every facility in the area and the one thing that stuck out to me was the smiles and laughter on the residents faces. They looked truly happy and at home. The staff was very helpful. We are starting the process to move in!
Very nice place!

reviewed on: 01/12/2018 by PatI have lived at this community for a while I used to love my home. It has changed drastically in the last 6 months due to Priority Life Care becoming the new management company. Out of all the staff here there are 4 people who truly care about us. The bus has been broken for 2 months and they always run out of food at dinner time and you do not get seconds. I am looking for a new place to go but finding a place that accept my waiver is hard! Please do not move your loved one in here. It is not what they make it to be. I have been given other residents medicine before! I think to myself sometimes good thing I have my mind about me. What about the others here that don’t!
Controlling and not a good place overall
reviewed on: 08/29/2019 by AnonymousMy mother lived here. The staff seems overwhelmed and the managment does not seem to think there is a problem. I left at least 3 messages with the girl at the front desk to have someone call me and no one ever did, i finally had to stand at the desk and tell her I was going to wait until she could find someone. The medical staff are not there all the time and they are too busy to get people seen in time. My mom had a swollen foot and they didn't have time to have her seen because they said it was not serious. She ended up going to the hospital and almost had her foot amputated. And then when she was out of the hospital and had more issues I tried to set her up with a doctor that was outside of crown, my mom said they stopped her from going and told her she was not allowed. Well that made me very upset because as far as I knew my mom was not living in a prison. I thought maybe my mom was confused so i talked to crown about it and they said they could not take people to appointments.... but we already had transportation set up for my mom and besides I take her places myself all the time. I asked them why they were trying to stop my mom from getting medical care and if they get more money if the residents see their nurse at crown and then they acted like it was a big misunderstanding and said of course she can see any doctor she wants to. Shame on them for trying to control older people especially those who get confuse like my mom. I feel bad for the people who don't have family to step up for them. We are lucky found my mom somewhere better to live but i feel sorry for the people there without family.
