Community Reviews

This just felt a little too large.

We toured here when we were looking for options. This was a nice place, and everyone was friendly. This just felt a little too large.

A Work In Progress

reviewed on: 09/13/2016 by Anonymous

My parents are doing pretty well here at this community, but we do have some concerns. It was a ruff start at first with getting my parents adjusted to the community. I will say some staff members are better than other. The ones that are good have been very helpful and kind. Their responsive time could be better as well. The food needs improvement. At times in the evening they tend be under staffed. Overall it is still a work in progress for us here at this community.

Though we are still getting settled, we have been really pleased so far. I've never lived any place where people are all so friendly. It is almost like I'm waiting for the bubble to burst.

Life with Robin Run Village, perfect for me

reviewed on: 01/16/2019 by Carol Q. Cosby

I moved to Robin Run Village seven years ago. Having done careful research, exploring options of several similar facilities I was convinced that this was the place I would fit in and feel at home. After living here for seven years I would now affirm this as the best place to live. We are a close, but not closed, community. Activities abound; lots to do, a variety of things to do. Staff and neighbors who care about and for each other. Leadership and volunteers who go above and beyond what you would expect. Symbols for me are two things that I love. The bus takes us to the Indianapolis Symphony Coffee Classics series and also to the Indians baseball games. The contrast of an executive officer who will sing a silly song in a concert and give a moving tribute at a resident's memorial service! My decision to move here was 100% a right one.

Great experience with Robin Run

reviewed on: 11/11/2018 by William Border

We feel blessed to have found Robin Run Retirement Village. It is even more and better than we ever dreamed. Friendliness everywhere, and neighbors who are friendly and helpful. The dining room is inviting and the food is usually very good. We live in a Garden Home and have very adequate space with 2 bedrooms 2 full baths, office and sunroom. Our dog loves the new dog park too! Carol and Bill Border
