There When You Need Themreviewed on: 05/19/2021 by Robert H
They have been very responsive and helpful. Their attitude has been great! Our experience has been limited. The payment and staff made it easy to work with them. Due to other medical and family members we placed them on hold. They are very pleasant to work with.
Caring staff membersreviewed on: 05/17/2021 by anonymous
We chose Kiran Care Home because it was the most affordable, it was only a few blocks from my home, and availability, they were able to get in her in when we really needed help. The room sizes here were fine for her needs. The staff members were very nice and very accommodating and I would recommend to others who are looking.
This is a very good choice for assisted living!reviewed on: 05/17/2021 by anonymous
We were able to visit last weekend and the activities are coming back, they had a lot of things going on. The food is good, however sometimes things are not served in a timely manner. Sometimes the coffee is served late, or the food is not on time, but we do think that issue is just temporary. My loved ones there are very happy with their living quarters and we do think the value for cost is really good.
Very Compassionatereviewed on: 06/23/2021 by Donna
When I've called and had something come up like a funeral, they always were there to make the accommodations to fit our schedule. They worked with me, and then I would work with them also when they had issues with staffing. They're easy to work with, very reliable, very friendly, and they're really trained well. The caregivers were very good with the exception of a couple that I didn't' care for. But the rest of them were just wonderful. They were friendly, and knew what they were doing and how to handle the situation. They were very good with my loved one, very professional, caring and giving. And that's exactly what we were looking for.

The overall friendliness here whether it be staff or neighbors are standouts to me. It is social-able, we have get togethers on occasion at one of the three restaurant in our apartment building. We have Thirsty Thursday once a week. There are birthday celebrations once a month. The 5 rating isn't high enough for River Landing.
