Review of Town Hall Estatesreviewed on: 06/14/2021 by anonymous
Town Hall Estates is an older facility, the staff here were nice for the most part. The nursing care was not the best, so if it comes to the time again, I will most likely pursue a different facility for care. I never met the director here until it was time for us to leave and they were not the best with communication.

This is a good service for my loved one. You do have to be very specific with what you would like for them to do because if you are not they will not do it.

We are beyond thankful for the loving team at River Bluffs Memory Care. The entire team makes my mom feel loved and cared for. The staff is great with updates and ensures that my mom has what she needs. She even gets her hair and nails done.
My tour experiencereviewed on: 05/21/2021 by anonymous
I knew pretty quickly this wasn't where I would have wanted my mom. The people there were so very sweet, and there was nothing wrong with the tour or the facility. It was just the difference between staying at your aunt's old house vs. living in a nice hotel, which was the type of community we chose for her in the end. We were looking for more of a luxury experience.
My review of Desert View Senior Livingreviewed on: 07/28/2021 by anonymous
The gentlemen we met with for our tour was absolutely amazing, he did an incredible job. However the community itself seemed like it was geared more towards assisted living and that memory care seemed like an after thought. They did offer a lot of activities, but the dining services was a buffet style like a chow line. It seemed more like a casino that needed an updated. It just was decorated with darker tones.
