our veteran experiencereviewed on: 07/07/2021 by Alicia
I was told that there would be someone that understands the VA benefits and there was not. The staff is friendly and nice and I would recommend this community to others based on my experience
Overall good experiencereviewed on: 04/29/2021 by anonymous
We chose HomeWell Care Services because they came highly recommended to us. They have been really good with scheduling and they are very good about following up with us if we have any concerns and getting it fixed right away. I would recommend them to others who are looking.
It is a beautiful place, we would recommend just not house 1reviewed on: 07/07/2021 by anonymous
Overall our family's experience was pretty good. There are only 11 houses so it was very easy to get to know everyone, residents and staff. The house manager in house 1 has a very hostile attitude, always a very negative personality. House 1 did not have a very warm and welcoming feeling, but all the other houses seemed perfectly fine especially houses 6 & 7. Those two seemed absolutely wonderful. The house manager really can make or break the experience. The residents in the other houses seemed really happy, so we would recommend all the other houses except for house 1
Review of Town Hall Estatesreviewed on: 06/14/2021 by anonymous
Town Hall Estates is an older facility, the staff here were nice for the most part. The nursing care was not the best, so if it comes to the time again, I will most likely pursue a different facility for care. I never met the director here until it was time for us to leave and they were not the best with communication.
Highly recommendreviewed on: 06/22/2021 by Traci
We chose Senior Helpers because the director who came to the house and explained the process was really good with my mom and that made us feel comfortable. The caretakers that have come have been fabulous and I would and have recommend to others looking.
