Very trustworthy and reliablereviewed on: 05/10/2021 by anonymous
All of the workers we have encountered have all been very friendly. The care services they provided were very good, they were very thorough and overall we were pleased. We checked out a bunch of other home health care services, and the value for One to One seems to be about in the normal range.
Compassionate Caregivingreviewed on: 09/24/2021 by Kathie
They were incredibly friendly and incredibly compassionate. And they really helped us through some very tough days for my family. But they made the home care part of it incredibly easy for us. They found us crucial help so quickly. And they were such a help in a difficult time. We were really thankful that we found them.

We chose GYC Senior Care Services because I liked them, you had 48 hours if you needed to change anything which I liked and the prices are comparable. I did have a really good caregiver which was the most important to me and made me happy. I would recommend them to others.
Would Recommend Visiting Angelsreviewed on: 04/28/2021 by Tammy
We found them to be very helpful when we needed to change our hours. The CNAs were very dependable. The administrative staff have been very helpful as well. We liked that their services were available any time. It's expensive though, especially paying out of pocket. I just wish they would take insurance.
Frustratedreviewed on: 05/17/2021 by anonymous
We've had a lot of first time people that weren't that good, and we had to ask for them to be removed for issues like laziness, having their ear pods in, meds not given on time. Some of them are absolutely amazing - they'll clean the whole entire house and it smells fresh and clean when I come home. And some are so bad it's like they didn't even interview them. It would be nice if there was more consistency of care. We end up with several caregivers during the week as opposed to just one. For the amount I'm paying, I would expect higher quality and for the management to better manage what's going on. But I'm grateful for the caregivers we've had who have been around for a while and are very friendly and helpful.
