Nice Place for Mom's Last Residencereviewed on: 10/22/2021 by Anonymous
I would recommend you check the community out for your loved one. Lakeside sits on a beautiful lake. The community has a warm and fuzzy feeling to it. The staff communication with the family could be improved; however, this might be because they are short staffed, like everyone is currently. The maintenance team could have more staff members to the team.
Patient and Caring Communityreviewed on: 10/11/2016 by Anonymous
My experience with this community has been a pretty good one. My mother isn't the easiest person to get along with, but they are trying their best to care for her. The staff have been very patient and understanding. I will they have had a big turn over in some of the key areas in the community. It is a nice and clean community. They have nice outings outside the community, she enjoys them. Overall I know she is safe and being cared for well here. I would recommend this community.
The Right Place for Dadreviewed on: 05/26/2016 by Susan Thompson
My father has lived at Lakeside Village for five years. He started in an independent living apartment. Over the last two years, he has required increased levels of care and now is in the memory wing. I'm grateful that as he has needed additional care, it has been available without having to move him to a new facility. The staff is very friendly and caring, and the food is excellent. The building offers a wide range of apartment sizes and configurations so there are lots of options in a range of prices. I would recommend Lakeside Village to independent living seniors, as well as those who need various levels of care. The building sits on Lake Panorama's main basin, so the views are beautiful!

Mom is in a Safe Placereviewed on: 09/16/2013 by Daughter
My mom is in the assisted living part so she really doesn't need a lot of care but what they're giving her with giving her her medication and meals is wonderful. She's in a safe place. The activities are good. It's hard to plan things for all different types of people, I think. Having a nurse on staff 24hrs would be good. The food is wonderful. It's just great that my mom has dementia so it will be good for her to be in this facility because we won't have to move her again.
