Great place for mom
reviewed on: 06/09/2016 by AnonymousMy family is very happy with Bellavita and that my mom decided to moved here. She had lived at another community for awhile, but needed more care. The staff are great and really care about the residents. After going to different places we finally found "home " for mom.

The responsiveness and communication we had with the staff members really stood out to us, especially the communication with the operations manager. Our loved ones seem to be very happy with their room, they say it is clean and spacious.

reviewed on: 09/15/2021 by anonymousRight when we walked in it just felt more institutionalized than some others we saw. The room sizes here are very big. They have a happy hour cart that comes around and I did not think that would be a good idea for memory care. It was not the right fit for us.
Moving a family member can be tough, but not here.

They showed a very caring attitude while we were moving my mother-in-law into her room. The facility is just beautiful and homey at the same time. Even though it has been just a little while since she's been there, I feel she will soon feel "at home". She is in the memory care unit.
