Community Reviews
We have been overwhelmed by the support of the caring staff.
reviewed on: 09/25/2019 by LisaG.We moved my Dad into Hart Heritage yesterday and we have been overwhelmed by the support of the caring staff. The Marketing Director, Kim Cooke, has gone above and beyond to help us get Dad transferred and was amazing when we had to jump through hoops to get a specialty medication approved. The nursing staff is available and attentive. His Caregivers on all shifts have fussed over him like he's a family member. The dietary specialists make sure he eats. The building is modern and impeccably clean. Every effort is taken to make sure the residents are comfortable and safe. We are looking forward to long relationship with these lovely people.
"Hart Heritage Family" perfectly describes what I always felt
reviewed on: 02/02/2016 by Jerrilea Connellee and FamilyDear Hart Heritage Family, Thank you so very much for the beautiful arrangement. The best part of receiving them was the card sent with them. It was signed "Hart Heritage Family" which perfectly describes what I always felt when I walked through the doors. Every one of you are very special people and loved. Thank you most of all for loving and caring for our mom. With Loving Memories, Jerrilea Connellee and Family
liked facility
reviewed on: 10/27/2015 by Robert CookI was visiting with my friend and The staff was wonderful. The feel of warmth and love as soon as you hit the front door. If my parents were still here, I would place them at this community. There was no odor and overall, very nice.
Beautiful living area
reviewed on: 08/13/2020 by Susan LangbeenThey provide a foot doctor, a primary care doctor that is on call and visits. Some activities they have are bingo, arts and crafts, a person that comes in and provides music entertainment, they also provide church services once a week. The have different sizes rooms, my parents are in a 22 X 20 room. They have two nice windows in it. They provide the bedding to the residents. Some of the rooms have a bathroom inside. For those who don't have a bathroom in their bedroom, it would be right down the hall. The food kind of reminds us of hospital food, but overall pretty good. The food is well prepared. They give different options to those residents who don't like the food they are serving that day. We liked the way it looked and they way it smelled. It always smelled good there. Its very pretty in the lobby, there is a lot of decorations. Somewhat upper class decorations. The residents can also walk out to a big patio area with tables and benches.
You all have hearts of gold
reviewed on: 03/12/2020 by JsitzerThank you all so very much for everything you did to make my Mom's stay as comfortable and pleasant in every way. You all looked after her with lot of love, patience and care. I want to especially thank you for making us as comfortable and accommodating in her final days. I know we were there late at night, stayed over and all day visits so we could be there with Mom and you all could not have been any nicer in looking out for us. She was so lucky to have such a fine bunch of ladies and gentlemen looking out for her. Thanks again for everything. Your kind and caring ways will always be remembered and appreciated. You all have hearts of gold.
