Community Reviews
Positive Experience During Challenging Times
reviewed on: 08/31/2021 by D MThe community is very nice with friendly and helpful staff. Some of the activities offered are arts and crafts, outings, and more for the residents to choose from. They are willing to work with dietary restrictions if your loved one has any.
Care for family
reviewed on: 09/20/2017 by AnonymousThe staff is nice and the community is clean. I do not feel like the staff is trained in certain areas. The staff have been helpful and trying their best. The menu is good and they offer healthy meals. We would suggest that other families tour this community for the care of a loved one.
Communication issues
reviewed on: 11/30/2020 by AnonymousWe did not have the best experience with Brighton Gardens of Tuckerman Lane. Their communication was bad with what was going on in terms of how bad the spread of the corona-virus was inside of the community. The staff was pleasant, but I felt she was not getting the level of care that she probably needed. It was hard to get people to talk to me about what was going on so communication was the biggest issue. I would be terrified to put anyone in assisted living right now with what is going on.
They Have Other Options
reviewed on: 07/10/2017 by AnonymousEverything went good with the tour. I saw nothing wrong and it was very nice. The are a larger community with a lot of residents who are more independent my mom. I liked that they had a nursing services available if the care was needed.
