communication with staff can be very difficult
reviewed on: 09/04/2015 by AnonymousAt Brighton Gardens of Tuckerman Lane the communication with staff can be very difficult. I have more problems communicating with them! For instance, I thought they were ordering certain supplies and they thought I was, etc. Because of this thing are not as good I would like them to be. Some of staff there are marvelous. You take the good with the bad. The apartment itself is really nice.
Our experience with Brighton Gardens
reviewed on: 01/12/2021 by TheWe chose Brighton Gardens at the time because of the location, we were able to get to her quick. We also liked the cost for what you were able to get. The room sizes here were very generous and they get a lot of daylight. The facility itself was always very bright and modern. It is a larger facility that we were used to, we did not know she needed that extra care. Hospice reached out to us and the care was better with them. One thing I would like to add was the front desk girl came to my aunt's funeral, so that was very nice.
Lots of activities
reviewed on: 11/19/2015 by AnonymousThere are lots of activities for the residents here. The building is clean and cozy. The first thing that strikes you when you come in is the homey atmosphere of the place. The staff here is so thoughtful.
