reviewed on: 02/11/2017 by Frustrated nephewToo few caregivers. No attention to hand washing before meals for anyone. No nail care. No activities on weekends. Not enough training for medication techs. Our relative has dementia, and we overhear staff constantly asking him questions that require memory: what did you eat today? do you remember . . . Food is not nutritionally balanced nor diverse. Our relative is only bathed twice a week. Staff do not wear easily visible name tags. Management is not involved except to make operations more lean and annoying for staff. Residents do not appear neat and clean. Staff appear to NOT know how to make a bed. Clothing and personal items have been damaged or are missing.
