However, access to these records differ greatly in each state and some states offer more public access into assisted living records than others. Public Records and License Status
Montana offers very limited insight into assisted living records, making the only accessible list of licensed assisted living communities available in a PDF. They do not post information about inspections, survey results or complaints online.

Violations and Resident Protection

They do not, however, give consumers information regarding payment types accepted at the facility or the price of each facility.
