A nice place.reviewed on: 12/29/2016 by Anonymous
I like this community and they keep it well taken care of. The staff are nice and informative. They are doing their best to take care of her. The food looks good and mom seems to like it. This community does not accept Medicaid. I would recommend this community.
Tour of Bickfordreviewed on: 06/03/2021 by anonymous
We toured Bickford of Grand island and it is a nice facility that is all on 1 floor. They seemed to be very careful with covid protocols and everything looked clean. We followed up in virtual tour with an in person tour and everything was as good as it was online.

My mom was only in there for about a month and ended up having to go to the hospital, but they were very accommodating through it all and they got her in quicker than we thought and they took care of her and we had a good experience with them.

Terrible place for dementia patients. Almost 2 years at 6800 a month, mind you, and her care was getting really bad. She wasnt getting bathed, her clothes would disappear. The admin.always makes excuses.
