reviewed on: 04/02/2020 by AnonymousI would rate Willow Springs an absolute five out of five! This is my loved one's second visit here. The care that she gets is excellent. They have activities upstairs for them and they have entertainment. The food is excellent, and everything is so clean, which is very important. The dining room is well lit and they have nice tables. They have a serving station there, so the food is always hot and fresh! As a matter of fact, I went in there today and they had better mac and cheese than I could make! I would not say anything bad about this place.

reviewed on: 10/29/2019 by AnonymousShe is using rehab therapy and she has been improving. In terms of room for improvement, I would say they could use more staffing all-around to help. There is room for improvement with the meals. I've seen the director of nursing and been in contact with this staff member.

The staff is just wonderful, good people. It was perfectly executed management! The nurses were incredibly compassionate and they are experts in their field. I was treated royally when I had questions and was sat down and got everything explained to me. The plan we came up with was the exact perfect plan.
